Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Handling the enquiries generated from various sources.
  1. Understanding and analyzing the customer’s requirements and presenting accordingly.
  2. Convincing customers about the projects and scheduling the meeting with the sales team and arranging the site visit.
  3. Generating leads through repeat marketing.
  4. Maintaining the customer database and taking regular follow-ups with the customers.
  5. Handling the walk-in clients at the projects.
  6. Representing the company at trade exhibitions and events.
